Wanhao Duplicator I3 can't connect

I can’t connect with my Wanhao Duplicator I3:
Error message: (Error 119)
{SNR: u’AL021580, COM:/dev/ttyUSB0, PID:6001, VID:0403}
Reason: Can’t connection to printer at baudrates: [115200 / 250000]

Has anyone else been more successful? :frowning:

BTW: I checked and octoprint uses the same rate with success, what could be the problem?

Hi, I have reported the problem from the system.

Almost 2 month is gone, but nothing happened. :frowning:
I think in this way the system is not very useful for wanhao duplicator owners… :frowning:
