Prusa Printer MK3 loose connection when finishing print or when they start up

Hi there
My MK3’s had a firmware update to FW 3.9.3. Since then, they don’t automatically connect when starting up and they loose connection after finishing. It is easy to solve, just take out the USB cable and put it in again but it’s kind of odd.
