Using printcloud “my files” or printcloud “myproject”, I am able to add prints the queue. Although the files show up in the queue on the touchscreen of the printer, I can no longer get these prints to start from the touchscreen. I have to revisit printcloud.dremel.com/printing to click “Start” to get each new build to begin.
Is there a solution to this issue? The printer is connected to wifi and the firmware is up to date.
