Hello,

I just started using 3D Printer OS and I see that whenever a print fails it stays in the queue. I can’t find any buttons to click to remove it from the queue, and I think removing the printer from the workgroup and adding it back as a reset is a bit overkill for just taking an item off the list. What can I do?

update: under “organization admin>settings>printing” I see the option to set a “Time period for queues cleaning” which I set to 6 (hours, I assume). However, I still have aborted prints from a full day ago that are on the queue
