The email associated as the owner of a Dremel 3D45 is no longer active. Is there a way to transfer the ownership to another email?

It would make sense to just re-enter the token on the new account.

Hi Oscar,

I tried to use the token that is found through the printer’s settings. I keep getting the error that the registration token was not found. Is this the correct token you are referring to?

Are you sure the 3D45 is connected to the internet?

Yes. I doubled checked the printer is connected to the internet.

There is a specific page to get the token (the token from info is the latest that was retrieved, but not the active one)

You need to go to TOOLS -> SETTINGS -> CLOUDS -> DREMEL PRINT -> (GET NEW TOKEN) -> YES

Then you will need to have a page with QrCode, token and information.
