Last week the last image transmitted thu the website from our Dremel 3D45 became the only image that shows. Even after it says “Initializing…” Do we need to re-connect the printer? It has been working ok with the website - but it would have been nice to be able to correct the filament tangle last weekend instead of wasting all that valuable printing time (that is, if we could have seen there was a problem).
Hello. Did you have printer firmware update?
The standard first instruction for fixing any technological problem today worked. Turned the printer off & turned it back on. Now it works.
