After updating to version 5.2.18, all of our printers are no longer reachable on 3DPrinterOS. They have been power-cycled and re-plugged into the ethernet. The two that are still running 5.2.16 are fine. Help?

The firmware updates can interfere with the 3DPrinterOS Client. The best solution is to re-install 3DPrinterOS.
