Advanced Permission - Not working

Problem: “User email does not fit organisation email mask.”

Trying to give a user account “advanced” permission.

Hello. We need to add user’s domain name to available list. What email mask you use that is not working?

@ fsu.edu (currently active)
@ innovation.fsu.edu
@ my.fsu.edu

Ok. As I can see our team have already added @my.fsu.edu to the list of available domains. Please try to add advanced permissions. We can add @ innovation.fsu.edu to the list of available domains too if you need
