Hi! I recently updated my windows computer and afterwards, the client has been unable to detect my Ultimaker 3. My other printers connected directly via usb are working fine. The printer itself is connected to the internet, it has an ip address and when I enter it into my browser I get sent to the default ultimaker webpage. The Utimaker3 firmware is up to date, and the client has been updated as well. I have tried reinstalling the client and restarting the printer both to no avail. I am unsure as to how to proceed in troubleshooting from here.
Hello. Ultimaker 3, 3 Ext and S5 need to be connected using https://cloud.3dprinteros.com/download/u3. They are currently not supported using default 3DPrinterOS Client, and need to be connected with special version for Ultimakers 3+.
