Allow for Allocating Money or grams of filament to users

In example: I’d like to be able to give a user 10$ to use for Printing, or even 1kg to use for printing. Or another user $5 or .5kg of filament for printing. Maybe even make it a feature of work groups. This would allow for easier billing and filament management.

University, it would make the setup of our Makerspace’s 3-D Priting so much easier.
