Slicer for Makerbots App Error

I’ve been receiving the following error since updating on several slicing attempts with the Slicer for Makerbots App. It has worked successfully on a number of files. I am not sure the source of this error. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This appears to be a file corrupted by the STL Editor App. Any information on what would cause this or best practice to avoid this in the future?

Hello. Please check that file has .stl extension at the end

Thank you, you are correct. Despite having the STL tag and functioning data in column of the web interface the filename lacked an extension.

Yes, we need to fix it on our side too. Thank you
