When you want the developers to take a look at what’s wrong with your printer not connecting or printing, do this:
Step 1: Launch 3DPrinterOS Client
Step 2: Click ‘‘Report Problem’’
Step 3: Fill out the form:
Tell us the problem you experienced in detail.
What were the exact steps that led to this problem?
… and you’re done! Your logs will be sent to the developers and you will be notified if there is a solution.
